Uralochka NTMK
Until 2001, the team was called "Uralochka", Yekaterinburg
The volleyball team "Uralochka" was created in 1966 at the plant of transport engineering named after Ya. M. Sverdlov, currently GO "Uraltransmash". In December of the same year, the team won the right to participate in the USSR championship. The senior coach of the team was Honored Coach of the RSFSR A. V. Kilchevsky. In its composition were: R. Kirdyashkina, T. Petrova, R. Salikhova, G. Duvanova, T. Shmyrko, G. Tolstova, N. Kurnosova, T. Naumova, V. Kuleshova, V. Oleinik.
Honored Coach of the USSR and Russia Nikolai Vasilyevich Karpol has been coaching the team since 1969. Uralochka athletes have won 15 medals of Olympic champions, repeatedly won at the World, European and other major international competitions.

N. & nbsp; With V.you are Karpol twice recognized by the FIVB as the best coach in the world. In 1989 and not & nbsp;1990, the FIVB named volleyball players & laquo; Uralochki & raquo; V. and Ogienko & nbsp;I. & nbsp; you Kirillova the best players in the world. In 1997 and 1998, the best players in Europe were recognized by E. Godina and E. Artamonova.
